Repairs, Maintenance & Refurbishment

We regularly attend blocks we manage, inspecting and planning for necessary future works. This way unplanned surprise expenditure is minimised.

 

We have a team of trusted contractors, suitably qualified and vetted who hold their public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

 

We have strong experience in Section 20 major works, managing the consultation process in accordance with legislation.

Depending on the scale of works, the works will be managed by SAFE PM or by a qualified surveyor.
