When setting the annual service charge estimate for you, SAFE PM will always endevour to minimise expenditure whilst ensuring the quality of service provision to the block.

The failure of just one leaseholder to fulfil their financial obligations can have an impact on all residents and leaseholders.

Cashflow is important to all blocks, without it essential services cannot be provided.  SAFE PM frequently reviews the status of accounts so that leaseholders know where they are at all times.

Prompt credit control and legal action where necessary.
