Our founder Joanna has spent over 15 years working in property management for trusted names in the industry. Hearing the frustrations of leaseholders and freeholders in their experiences with larger, often distant faceless managing agents, she felt there was a gap in the market for a more local, personal service.

 

As simple as it sounds, she wanted to provide a solution - a company that respects the fact that decisions made by block managers affect the lives, homes and finances of the residents and leaseholders.

 

Now, at SAFE PM we meet client needs and manage blocks in a way we would be happy to live in, and a service we would be happy to pay for.
